During the winter holidays, all BayLegal offices will be closed:
Wednesday, December 24th
Thursday, December 25th
Wednesday, December 31st
Thursday, January 1st
Our legal hotlines will be closed on the following schedule:
The Legal Advice Line, Contra Costa Tenants Rights Line, and Alameda County Tenants Rights Line are scheduled to be closed:
Friday, December 19th, 2025 through Friday, January 2nd, 2026 (reopening Monday, January 5th)
The Health Consumer Center will be closed:
Wednesday, December 24th — Friday, December 26th
Wednesday, December 31st — Friday, January 2nd
Individual BayLegal office reception hours may be further impacted by winter holiday schedules. Please call before going to an office during the final two weeks of December and the first week of January.
