LSC Issues Press Release in Response to Proposed Funding Elimination

For the third year in a row, the White House has recommended that funding for the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) be eliminated in its FY 2020 budget proposal to Congress.  Confident in strong bipartisan congressional support, LSC has issued the attached Press Release. 

LSC has also released its FY 2020 congressional budget request seeking $593 million.  The budget request is on the LSC website, and can be downloaded here.
