VETERANS

In Alameda and Contra Costa counties we partner with community non-profits to help low-income veterans in a range of legal areas.

Providing free legal assistance to veterans

Our veterans legal practice works across a number of BayLegal's areas of expertise, addressing the overlapping legal issues that discharge military service members face. Our guiding focus is on maintaining housing and connection to service-related and other benefits, in a state that is home to approximately 26% of the unhoused veterans in the U.S.
