SSI / Disability Benefits

We help individuals with disabilities appeal denial, termination or overpayments of SSI, SSDI, CAPI and related benefits.

Increasing economic and housing stability through access to disability benefits

We represent individuals with disabilities to obtain benefits including Social Security disability (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and the Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI). Reducing the time spent in applications and appeals, and increasing the rate of successful application for these income supports, is an effective strategy to reduce homelessness and increase self-sufficiency and stability.
