Use this form to make referrals to BayLegal's Reentry unit for clients who have been arrested or convicted of a crime and have a legal issue they would like help with. All the information provided on this form will be used only to help us reach your client and connect them with legal and other resources. Beyond those uses it will be kept confidential and anonymous unless the client explicitly authorizes us to share it with other parties. Please do not share the URL or printouts of this form with third parties: we have limited capacity to process referrals and are doing so by invitation only with provider organizations and community partners we have identified.
