We help individuals with arrest or conviction histories with legal issues including criminal record remedies, suspended driver’s licenses, traffic court debt, public benefits, housing denials due to criminal record, employment and occupational license denials, and consumer issues.

Reentry attorneys are available to serve clients in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, in legal areas including:

  • Clean Slate / Criminal Record remedies (e.g., "expungement")
  • Driver's license suspensions, traffic tickets, fines & fees
  • Housing denials / evictions due to criminal record
  • Employment background checks / professional licensing
  • Penal code § 290 Tiered Registry
  • RAP sheet and background check errors
  • Identity theft, credit reporting, consumer debt

Please note: Walk-in hours for reentry legal services are ONLY available at the times and locations shown on the calendar below. We do not offer walk-in reentry services at our offices.
