BayLegal provides information, legal advice, and representation to immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking in a range of legal areas including immigration petitions, family law matters, income security, housing, and health care access.
We provide legal services to immigrant survivors in specific areas including:
- VAWA self-petitions
- U Visa petitions
- T Visa petitions
- Special Immigration Juvenile Status (SIJS)
- Adjustment of Status for U, T, VAWA and SIJS petitioners.
- Advice regarding eligibility for public benefits
