Meeting the legal needs of immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking

BayLegal provides information, legal advice, and representation to  immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking in a range of legal areas including immigration petitions, family law matters, income security, housing, and health care access.

Bay Area Legal Aid stands with our immigrant community. All of us have rights and we encourage you to consult the Immigrant Legal Resource Center’s know-your-rights resources to educate and prepare yourself and your community.
