An attorney from Bay Area Legal Aid will present legal information on the following topics:

  • Rights and responsibilities of tenants

  • Eviction procedures and rights

  • Housing discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, disability, gender and other fair housing protected classes

  • Unsafe and/or unhealthy housing conditions

 

Bay Area Legal Aid provides free legal assistance to low-income individuals and families only. We cannot guarantee that an attorney will represent you in your case, but we will provide advice and referrals to those who qualify for our services.
