An attorney from Bay Area Legal Aid will present legal information on the following topics:

  • Rights and responsibilities of tenants

  • Eviction procedures and rights

  • Housing discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, disability, gender and other fair housing protected classes

  • Unsafe and/or unhealthy housing conditions
