In accord with COVID-19 public health advisories, all Bay Area Legal Aid services will continue to be provided virtually. Until we can resume in-person clinics, we are providing a remote DVRO brief services system to assist survivors with completing DVRO requests. Our new remote system will be available by appointment only. Individuals seeking a restraining order should call STAND’s Crisis Line (1.888.215.5555, open 24 hours, 7 days a week) or the Contra Costa Family Justice Center (925.521.6366 Mon-Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm). Appointments can be scheduled Tues-Thurs, 9:30am – 1pm.
