Free Clinic to Seal Your Juvenile Records!
When you seal your juvenile records relating to an arrest or court case, the court deems the arrest or court case “never to have occurred.” This means that when you apply to most jobs or colleges, you may be able to say you were never arrested and that you have no criminal history.
IF YOU:
- were arrested before you turned 18 years;
- are now 18 to 24 years old;
- are off probation or parole; and
- have not been convicted of a felony AFTER you turned 18
you might be able to seal your juvenile records. To schedule a free appointment at our clinic, even if you aren’t sure about the rules, call:
510-859-3293!
This clinic is a collaboration of Bay Area Legal Aid and the Contra Costa Public Defenders Office.
