What to bring to the Clinic:

  1. Go to the DMV and get a free printout of the tickets holding up your license, also called a “counselor inquiry.”
  2. Fill out a Traffic Amnesty application in each county with a ticket hold. Download applications below, or pick up an application at Bay Area Legal Aid’s Richmond Office.
  3. At least $75 on a credit, debit, or pre-paid card (sorry, no cash)
