An attorney from Bay Area Legal Aid will present legal information to tenants, advocates, and community members who want to learn more about tenant rights. Topics will include:

  • Rights and responsibilities of tenants
  • Eviction procedures and rights
  • Housing discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, disability, gender, and other fair housing protected classes
  • Unsafe and/or unhealthy housing conditions
