Bay Area Legal Aid hosts Housing Law Clinics in Richmond every Monday at 9:00 am. BayLegal Staff and Volunteers assist low-income litigants prepare pro per (self-represented) pleadings and understand the eviction process.

First come; first served. Priority given to urgent deadlines determined by Housing Law Clinic staff. Personal Household income limits apply. The Housing Law Clinic is designed for low-income persons who cannot afford attorneys and have difficulty accessing other self-help resources.
