Oliver Foland

As Managing Attorney of BayLegal’s Napa County Regional Office, Oliver supervises and supports a team of attorneys, advocates, providing day-to-day support, mentorship and guidance to help them excel in providing high quality impactful client services.

Oliver joined BayLegal’s Napa County office in 2024. Prior to BayLegal, Oliver served as the Managing Attorney of the Immigration Legal Services department of Catholic Charities Yolo-Solano, overseeing the program and representing clients in humanitarian and family based immigration matters, as well as removal defense. He has spent his career as an immigration attorney, in both private and non-profit sectors. Prior to Catholic Charities, Oliver was a staff attorney in the immigration department of Canal Alliance.
