Asistencia para víctimas de robo del pago de renta en la ciudad de Napa | Help for victims of rent check theft in Napa

¿Fue victima de robo del pago de renta en el mes de Marzo 2023?

Documentos Requeridos:

  1. Verificaciòn de Identidad (ID del estado, pasaporte, cualquier identificaciòn reciente con foto, nombre completo, y fecha de nacimiento)
  2. Verificaciòn de Ingresos (talones de pago, taxes)
  3. Verificaciòn de Residencia en Napa (contrato de arrendamiento, factura de servicios)
  4. Comprobante de robo del pago (copias o recibo de Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Cheque Personal, reporte de las autoridades)
  5. Cartas de propietario como: aviso de desalojo o plan de pagos
  6. Cualquier otro comprobante que aplique al robo del pago de renta

 

Para asistencia en persona y para màs informaciòn, acompañenos a una Clìnica de Vivienda Justa el 19 de Mayo. Habrà una Clìnica de vivienda justa para:

  • Conocer sus derechos como inquilino
  • Aprender sobre los recursos disponibles
  • Iniciar un reporte con las autoridades locales (habrà organizaciones comunitarias locales para guiarlos con el reporte)
  • Ayuda para llenar la aplicaciòn de asistencia financiera
  • Colectar documentos importantes

Required Documents:

  1. Proof of Identity (state ID, passport, any recent photo ID with full name and date of birth)
  2. Income Verification (pay stubs, taxes)
  3. Napa Residency Verification (lease agreement, utility bill)
  4. Proof of payment theft (copies or receipt of Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, police report)
  5. Letters from landlords such as: eviction notice or payment plan
  6. Any other proof that applies to the theft of rent payment

For in-person assistance and more information, Join us on May 19 for a Housing Rights Clinic to:

  • Learn about your rights as a tenant
  • Learn about community resources
  • Make a report with the local authorities (there will be local community organizations to guide you with the report)
  • Assistance to fill out the financial assistance application
  • Collect important documents
